My Kenmore washer stopped working mid cycle, wouldn’t turn on and locked the clothes inside of it. I called this company and scheduled an appointment for the morning after between 9-11. A technician under the name Eyal have arrived to diagnose the problem and found it was a issue with the control board. After providing me with all the information needed, and explaining to me pricing in detail, he arrived the day after with an original replacement part for my washer. I was pleasantly surprised with the fact that in less than 24 hours my washer was up and running again. Eyal also provided me with some nice tips on how to keep my washer running more efficiently and preventative measures that needs to be taken in order to keep its life span.Efficient. Fast and pleasant. Give those guys a call if in need.

Did as they said / and we’re on time

This is the second time we have used Merv/Factory Direct Appliance Service. He was able to come in and fix a washer that was not spinning/draining. We ended up having to replace the pump after he tried to fix the issue. When the pump clamp was dislodged and same issue arose I notified Merv and he was there the following day first thing to secure the pump and ensure it would not dislodge again. He took time to explain that this sometimes happens with new pumps and it should now have a tight fit. Washer has been working great ever since - thanks Merv!
